The girl working the counter told us she could not accept cash because the were in the middle of a shift change, and it would be 15 minutes before she could. My wife went in to get us a couple cookies. Wont be going back due to the fact that I was apparantly wrong while standing at a locked door. Customer care phone number was surprised and wanted to doubt that I was correct. Tried to go in at 5pm on Sunday and door was locked and closed. Seen it multiple times with different people)

Would encourage everyone to try.Ĭons: overpriced (to be expected), long delivery times, and the drivers are tip hungry (they dont offer change if you pay with a 20 and expect to keep the change. We ordered 6 cookies at 9:53pm, and they werent delivered until 11:20pm. Granted, we had a large, late-night order, but thats no excuse for more than doubling the original delivery time AND miscalculating multiple follow up estimates for a delivery a half a mile from the shop. Love the cookies and the concept, but they really miss the mark on hitting the delivery times, which are obscenely long to begin with. on the also got the strawberry ice cream.loved it ALL.I have been there 5 times since last week.cant wait to get more. umm ummm.my favorite are the Snicker doodle cookies.i definitely recommend going here.I love even more that they are open late nights.3 a.m. I love this place.The cookies are soooooo warm. Delivery radius is pretty small, but that is to be expected for a shop of this size. There were plenty of choices and all are served warm, they even had ice cream and make custom ice cream sandwiches. When you open the door at Insomnia Cookies you are surrounded by the wonderful smell of fresh baked cookies.
